Once an office worker, Damo traded in his keyboard for a more relaxed lifestyle, choosing to prioritize family and fun. With his infectious enthusiasm and keen eye for detail, he ensures that every event is as unique and enjoyable as possible.

Nim, a 1975 Kombi is the heart of our mobile bar service, featuring six draft taps for beer, wine, soft drinks, and a variety of cocktails. These two form a dynamic duo that is dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences at all events including weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.

our packages are for hire of the items stated below for each package and do not include any alcohol. All prices include GST.

Everything in Gold plus:
Glassware for up to 200 guests total
Extra $50 voucher to use with our preferred alcohol supplier

Additional hire time for Kombi Keg charged at $150 per hour.

Staff can be provided for $60 per hour. We recommend allowing for one staff member per 50 guests.

we offer multiple payment options so pick one that suits you best!

$300 deposit now then remainder at least 45 days before event

Pay the deposit now to secure your booking and lock us in for your big day.

Once we receive the non-refundable deposit we are all yours and here for any bar queries, questions and assistance.

The balance is due 45 days before the event.

pay the hire fee up front and save $100

We offer a $100 discount when the full hire fee is paid up front. Once we receive your payment your date is locked in.

If anything changes and you need to cancel, we will refund the hire fee less $300 which is not refundable.

Spread out the hire fee into equal instalments.

Save yourself the stress of lump sum payments by chipping away at the balance using our automated direct debit system.

Once you have completed this step we will confirm that your booking is locked in.

step 3: drinks and extras are selected and paid extras 6 weeks before event

We will work with you in the lead up to your event to finalise the drinks menu. We can provide a quote for beverages based on your guest count and event duration. You can also provide your own beverages to serve from the Kombi as well if you would like to.

The below figures are estimates only for an 8 hour event to give you an idea of typical costs.
